In addition, Kang Seong-hoon recorded 4 birdies and 3 bogeys, recording a 1-under 71, tied for 26th place with Noh Seung-yeol and others.

Although the ranking on the first day is about mid-level, the tie for 4th place is only 3 strokes away from Kang Sung-hoon and Noh Seung-yeol with 4 under par, so it is worth aiming for the upper ranks in the remaining 2 to 4 rounds.

Matt Wallis (England) is in third place with a 5 under par 67, one stroke behind the lead.

Korean player Doug Kim (USA) tied for 10th with a 3-under 68, and Bae Sang-moon tied for 73rd with a 2-over 74.
